Organizing PDF pages without re-creating documents
Most PDF problems are page problems: too many pages, pages in the wrong order, sideways scans, missing appendices, or several files that should be one. The organization tools change the structure of a document while leaving the content of each page untouched.
Combining and dividing
Merge PDFs combines any number of files in an order you choose. Insert PDF appends one document to the end of another. Split PDFs and Extract Pages do the opposite, saving a page range as a new file or turning every page into its own PDF.
Cleaning up and arranging
Delete Pages removes blank scans, duplicates and sections a reader does not need. Reorder Pages lets you drag thumbnails into the right sequence. Rotate Pages fixes sideways and upside-down scans. Duplicate Pages copies a page in place, and Insert Blank Pages adds empty pages for notes or double-sided printing.
Quality is preserved
These tools copy pages rather than re-rendering them, so text stays selectable and searchable, images keep their resolution and links keep working. A typical workflow is to merge related files, delete unwanted pages, fix rotation and order, and then compress the final document if it needs to be smaller.
A tidy-document checklist
- Remove pages before merging to keep files small.
- Rotate scans before combining so every page reads the same way.
- Check the page count of the final file before sending it.
