When duplicating PDF pages is useful
Duplicating a page saves rebuilding it. Common cases include a form that needs to be filled in twice, a template page used for several entries, a signature page needed for each party, or an extra copy of a reference page placed next to the section that uses it.
How duplication works
Enter the page numbers to copy, separated by commas, for example 1, 3. Numbers start at 1 for the first page of the PDF. Each listed page is copied in full — text, images and annotations — and the copy is inserted directly after the original.
The copy is an exact duplicate, so text stays selectable and the file size grows only by roughly the size of the copied content.
Combining with other page tools
If the duplicate belongs somewhere other than right after the original, open the result in Reorder Pages and drag it into position. To add an empty page instead of a copy, use Insert Blank Pages.
Your original file
The PDF on your device is not changed. A new file with the extra pages is downloaded, so you can always go back to the original.
Tips
- Check the page count shown after upload before entering numbers.
- Run the tool again on the result if you need more than one extra copy of a page.
- Fill in forms after duplicating so each copy can contain different details.
